I've seen Butterworth play a few times. He was ok, but definitely not a stand out prospect.

Harsh call. Given that there is virtually no insider information about Zimbabwe cricket published in long form, any books that do cover Zim cricket are automatically special.sloandog wrote:The book is good, but it's nothing special...
I'd like to see some more player autobiographies. Unfortunately if we ever do get any, it'll probably be Andy Flower's - so it'll be 20% reminiscing of the "good old days", 10% black armband saga (which we know the details of from Henry Olonga's book anyway), 70% England coaching detail.

Reading Tim Wigmore's 2nd XI at the moment and in the Ireland section it talked about how Sean Ervine made enquiries about qualifying for them, which obviously they didn't take up.
