They are talking to David Coltart and Pommie Mbanga and so far its a very positive mood and they are talking about Zimbabwe returning to test cricket in the very near future.

Pommie is saying the the first class system is working very well with cricketers being able to have a career in cricket rather than just a few game a year which means that cricket is there job and they can improve on there game 24/7.

Coltart says that his major goal is to restore pride in zimbabwe cricket and he met with the board to look forward instead of looking back and that he woudent tolorate bad administration and racism and he thinks the board have responded to his wishes. He agree with Pommie that the franchise system is working very well and that young players are working with quality coaches. he says that it is important to mend reltions with other international cricket boards.

Coltart mentions the new sports commite and David Brown and the important role that he is playing in making sure that there is accountabilty in respect to the constiution and that the rule of law in the cricket world are followed. He is giving his backing to the current board and expresses his desire for genuine cricket lovers in the administation world to come back into zimbabwe cricket.

Pommie says that sport and poltics should not mix and that if Zimbabwe can keep the current squad of players together they can return to tests within two years.

Coltart says that ZC are doing there best to get the likes of Sean Ervine, Antony Ireland and Colin De Grandhome back as he sees them as a big part of Zimbabwe future. Coltart belives that cricket is becoming the most popular sport in Zimbabwe and that it is the future in Zimbabwe and the talant is there.

I can't see Sean Ervine or Colin coming back into the Zimbabwe fold as both of them are having successful careers abraod. Ervine is in a qualifying period and has said previously that he has no interest in returning to zimbabwe cricket, and Colin is looking to play for the New Zealand A side. However, Ireland may return to Zimbabwe cricket when his contract expires, i see him returning possibly in two years. Infact i posative he'll return. But Ervine and Colin De Grandhome?? Highly unlickly. Good find Zimfan1 :D
