Mountaineers : H Masakadza*, Marumisa, S Masakadza, Matsikenyeri, Mawoyo, Mlambo, Ncube, Nyamuzinga, Taibu, Tiripano & Utseya
Rhinos 13-0 after 4 overs, Chikunya 8*, Chapungu 4*

Looks as though Rhinos could do with some good old English snow on the wicket ......
Chikunya 11, Chapungu 9, Kasteni 23 and Sibanda 4 all back in the dressing room as Rhinos are 49-4 from 15 overs
Taylor and Waller both 0* while Shingi Masakadza has 3-22 and Tiripano 1-20
Not much doubt which side is on top at this stage

not a great start think some of our boys may still be hung over from new years, and we are up against a Mountaineers bowling attack missing Maurma
On another note Train Driver what do you think about the possible signing of Mluleki Nkala? looks to be like he will be a like for like replacement for Soloman Mire, a good steady allrounder who can contribute with both ball and bat.

Morning zimfan1, i'm not very excited about signing Nkala to be honest.
He's not got much of a record in 1st class or List A cricket and hasn't played any senior stuff for 3 years and, at almost 29 years of age, is hardly one for the future

He could be a surprise packet but i would much prefer to see the franchises taking a punt on new young players to be honest, either that or playing talented players such as Brighton Mugochi, who seems to have disappeared from the scene recently.

Another poor first innings display from the Rhinos batsmen as the bonus points are being thrown away yet again
90-5 in the 30th over now as Waller 16 joins the casualties straight after lunch, a 1st wicket for Utseya
Taylor 19* Cremer 2* - Masakadza 3-24, Utseya 1-5, Tiripano 1-35

Im starting to get a little frustrated with Waller (Even Though hes one of my favourite players) as he keep on getting out in the 10's and 20's and not fullfilling his undoubted promise, i would arguee that he should be dropped to give him a kick up the backside but we dont have anyone else to bring in and his bowling is quite useful.

A fightback from Rhinos but Mountaineers still well on top in this game
Cremer 45 and Taylor 41 were the saviours with the bat while Nyathi 11* and Rainsford 6* have just collected the 1st batting point
175-7 from 54 overs, Masakadza 3-49, Utseya 2-42, Tiripano 2-44

S. Masakadza is starting to push for selection soon. He is always consistent with the ball. I have heard that hos not super quick, so he must just do a bit with the ball and is very accurate.
