What's the deal with Vitori ? He can still bowl domestically? What's the point ?

ZC are now promoting Pakistani contingent, making the whites warm in the bench. Bruce, Deplock should be selected, or increase more franchise teams in Pro 50.

Selecting Sibanda & Chibabha means another white wash waiting as both are seasonal failures. Chapangu 76 should be considered, he has been scoring runs in domestic cricket and deserve a go.

I fully agree that the two Pakistanis should not be playing at the expense of Zim qualified players, it's a bit pointless mentioning Bruce though as he is not an Eagles player

Chapungu does make the odd good innings, look at his List A stats as a specialist batsman though, 685 @ 13.43 from 51 innings, international stats?

Shaking my head at this. White players are welcome at all Franchises they simply need to want to joing practice and prove themselves. Burl , Waller have a tight bond with Chakabva and Raza they train all the time together in the eagles setup. To say that whites are being marginalized is a white lie, Being present and available means they have the chance for selection. Mashonaland requires another team at least to play List A cricket based on the numbers and size of the province.

As for suggesting Bothwell Chapungu be selected wow absolutely insanity and if this form had an insane asylum like ingucheni I would tie you up and deliver you there. In 50 innings Chapungu, has scored tow List A 50s with the second today. An average of 13 just shows how mediorce he has been. The Chapungus,Nyathis,Dabengwas, Mujurus are the the guys who have clogged up franchises spots at the cost of young talent . They should honestly be never be anywhere near a club side let alone a national side.Common sense says he is average.

You should shake your head and hit into the Wall !!!

Whites are already there warming in the bench, needs chance like sibandas, chibhabhas & chigumburas to prove themselves

Cricket is not played with career stats its played with current form,
BM Chapungu in ( LOGAN CUP 2015/16 - 6 match, 328 runs )

for your best of sesonal failures, check their odi stats in 2016

Vusi Sibanda : Odis Matches : 3, Runs - 96

Elton Chigumbura :Odis Matches :6, Runs - 67, Wickets - 0

Chamu Chibhabha : Odis Matches : 10, Runs - 175, Wickets -4, at present might be bribing selectors for keeping him in the side

Even ZPL, local club players will prove themselves if they are given continuous opportunity with 100 & 200 odis

Well Lets not be mislead by the stats. We can agree that Chapungu reached key milstones last season with his two hundreds.Lets break it down into small chunks so you can maybe understand. Unfortunatley i cant colour code or put pictures for you to understand but this is my attempt.

First Class Average : 19.76 , Innings batted 94 , 1 x 100 , 9 , 50 . So it has taken Bothwell 94 innings to get a First Class hundred, and after 94 innings we can surely bet that he will not score more than 21 runs.

List A cricket - Average 13.43 Innings Batted 51 100s-0 , 3 x50 . Which means after 17 innings we expect him to score another 50 which transalte to another 50 in 2 seasons time. It also means i can bet good money that Bothwell will not score more than 15 in any one innings excecpt.

Now you go on to mislead us with Bothwell . He scored his First Class hundred at BAC a small ground with short boundaries where he also scored his freak T20 hundred. Take that FC logan cup hundred after 11 innings he scored one 50.

This i hope clarifies how ordinary Bothwell is and how these guys have clogged up our season and slowed the progress of guys such as Byrom , Chabvongodze, Ives and Murray who were all invited to Play for Rhinos at the top of the order

Looks like the Pro50 stuff kicking of on the 25th as stated elsewhere in this forum. Wonder how this competition will unfold given that a lot of players are off in England and the Rising stars contingent as well.
