Re: (Logan Cup) Tuskers v Eagles & Rhinos v Mountaineers
We've been told that the game is supposed to start tomorrow. We've also been told that they will start on Friday. The latest we've had is it starts tomorrow but to also expect it may still only be Friday. Confused? No one has a bloody clue. Players are phoning locals asking to stay with them tomorrow night. So they'll either have a net tomorrow and a good rest or they'll travel 2 and a half hours on the morning of the game. It's a dog show.
There was going to be a social game between Sports Club and Kwekwe Queens on Saturday which now looks unlikely. ZC knew about it weeks ago but gave it no consideration. The game would draw a substantially larger crowd than a Rhinos game and be good for the club financially so they have screwed us over right royally. And then they wonder why we can't afford to do up the changing rooms...
Rant over.

No Cremer, Chinouya, Maruma or Kaitano for Rhinos and why is Nyathi captaining the side again? I fail to see why he's even in the XI. Chapungu makes a fairly quick start at the expense of Nyauchi and is gone already, 38-1 from 9

Honestly, this Nyathi as skipper madness is the most inexplicable thing in local cricketing scene of late, much bigger than the stellar examples of whether Kamungozi spins the ball and why did Hilary Matanga play so much cricket.Train Driver wrote:Nyathi manages a magnificent 5 balls, whoopee

Well, that's put the Mountaineers bowlers in their place
Rhinos 123 all out, top scorers Extras 24 and Chapungu 22, all I can say is get #extras in the national team NOW Streaky boy
