ICC expelling USACA

It seems like the noose is finally closing on USACA and its board of thugs.

ZC is guilty of pretty much everything USACA is, perhaps this is a sign that the ICC is finally getting tough on members? I have heard that ZC will have to accept guidance from the ICC-appointed MD once he starts in June or fend for themselves without the ICC.
