theres already dozen or so first class/Zim A/national team players that have had offers/signed with Australian clubs for the upcoming season. Different comps have different points systems, some are strict on the number of overseas players (players based outside Australia, not those with international experience), players who played first class cricket in the last two years and players who have been paid professionals at other clubs. Guys like solo, waddy mwayenga, Friday, nkala, whilst not setting the world on fire, have opened doors for clubs to now consider players from zim as paid pros or overseas players.
