Don't get me started on Hami being out for Coventry in that WC

Regardless of who is in charge, the Zimbabwean selectors never really get things right. I honestly think many on this forum would make better selectors than who we have had over the years.
I think we should have had anusha in charge long ago...

I didn't mind the experimentation of Coventry opening the batting, it just failed, badly.
Agree. That wasn't the worst decision. Coventry did not come off in any of the outings making that decision look very bad. Flat pitches in the subcontinent. The idea was alright...
Coventry scored 194 run in one match .. remember😎😂😀

Apparently, Tino Mawayo is in Bangladesh, commentating in the Ban-WI series.

Does anybody have any idea about his playing status ?

Becoming a household name as a commentator, traveling the world, being well paid and on time and making some serious contacts vs hoping to be picked for our annual test match against Bangladesh, not being paid and being dry humped 3-0 most of the time.
He’s got some big decisions ahead of him

The bollar/usd rate is at 3.5:1 so most franchise players will be getting the equivalent of about $200 a month because believe me ZC are not swapping at the official rate. Many of these players have wives and kids.
Stockholm syndrome is alive and well in Zimbabwe.
