I would be very surprised if Streak & Taibu aren't already talking to him. Money is one thing but fixtures is another. Well now that the ODI league is approved, it ensures that all teams will play home/away with each other.
How many games will Zimbabwe play a year? Will we get to tour India & Australia ?

The schedule hasnt been finalized, but "prelimenary" one was reported on cricinfo. Here it is:

So Zimbabwe's schedule would be:
Vs India
Vs 13th ranked side
@ Australia
@ Pakistan
Vs Bangladesh
Vs Afghanistan
@ Ireland
@ Sri Lanka
So yes there is a tour to Australia.

so that is a minimum of 12 ODIs per year. i am not sure what happens if teams want to schedule more than 3 matches per series.

I think only the first three count for points and the latter ones are disregarded (although still proper ODIs, of course)

i think thats stupid...all matches should count, but all series shouuld be weighted equally regardless of length.

Supposedly they have a pretty good shot at getting both. Taylor's family - four young kids is still in Zimbabwe and Jarvis' girlfriend is as well. With the new structure in place, people are actually getting paid too.
Add Taylor and Jarvis to the group, where the selection now is based on talent - we could actually have a good squad.
