Apparently the kids will be involved in the domestic one day competition from September. Good move. So I'm assuming there will be 6 teams if we include the u19s and the academy.. it will really show us how good some of these kids are and they will get valuable experience.

That's good news. But may be a combined team of the Academy + U19s is a more stronger and sensible proposition.

A loss by 39 runs. Some of the guys who got starts, like Murray / Myers / TJS had carried on, it would have been a different result.

So, Roche is bowling well, batting well, captaining the side, and is coached by Matsi. A shoo in for next year's Rising Stars Academy come next year?

An ok result considering we are playing the world champions. Are any of the kids playing club cricket?

Well he's hasn't played for a couple for years ....

Is he around or has he given up?

If he's still around he can't get past Nyumbu or Ndlovu so is he really that good?

Went pretty good in his only first class match .....

Ndlovu sure, but Nyumbu, definately not. He should hung his boot and join commentry box now. Worst Spinner for Zimbabwe ever to play the game.

mangongo is trying and changing too much, we had a settled team already that was doing well only needed 2 or 3 additions not this chopping, changing batting structure etc .. open with jayden and shumba, frost @ 3. Wesley madhevere has been quite disappointing of late both with bat & ball. mazhawidza & connolly our best new ball partnership who can bat as well and oldrieve the left arm spinner who can break partneship. I dont know what he is doing chipping and chopping a settled team.

1: jayden
2: shumba
3: frost
4: myers
5: murray
6: munyonga/zvidzai/chiradza
7:wesley
8: roche
9: connolly
10: mazhawidza
11: oldrieve
