They're already providing half of the West Indies, Nigeria, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Pakistan with free housing and social benefits because 4th world countries have proven emphatically that they should be colonised and now you're crying foul that there's not equal representation in cricket? My guess is that most black kids don't go to schools that play cricket, and those that do have absolutely no desire to play the game. Mmmm sounds familiar. They only get forced to play the "white" sports in 4th world countries like SA and Zim so black administrators can control the purse strings and steal the money and fuck it completely. I know it sounds terribly racist and all that crap, but it is what it is.
Please don't tell me you have a list of black English cricketers that have been overlooked on the basis of their colour? Oh you're saying we have to overturn the racist system that has yet to produce black players that have been overlooked on the basis of their colour?

Dear ZCF Englishmen, how many Black players have been part of County Cricket (both division in the past 20 years? I'm not talking players like redundant Fidel and Best or overseas players like Rabada and Braithwaite. I'm talking "native" black Brits.
The Brits don't need a Kolpak deal because they're citizens lol
You miss the point completely. And I'm well aware of that.

I'll help you:
1. Chris Jordan
2. Michael Carberry

Smeone try and complete that list without using Google etc.

The way I look at it, more Englishmen have played in Zimbabwe's Logan Cup in that past 20 years, than Black Englishmen have played in both County Divisions.
When did the subject ever get to that point?

You're off your head but I'm well aware of that ;)
