Two players who will not be available to ZIM cricket anytime soon are taking up FC spots in ZIM's cricket structures for plenty money, yet again some see positives.

What positives?

Disband RS and release their top players to Eagles, Tuskers and Rhinos!

The RS is only a good thing and will continue to be a good thing.
Young Blessing Muzarabani is a testimony to the fact that getting FC exposure will only help in the long run.

Byrom is the only one in the RS line up who isn't available for Zimbabwe, and Murray when he arrives, but apart from that who else are we referring to?

And I would also have liked these lads to be in and around a franchise squad but there is far too much dead wood knocking about. The reason for the initiation of the rising stars was down to the exact fact that there was no room and no real progression available with the current FC structure.

What you are suggesting is easier said than done

Bloke comes from CC and makes a big hundred and it is bad for the competition. Incorrect again. Have you got a quota of bad calls to make each week, Hhm?

He is studying at a university in South Africa.

Didn't Hami also take a few years off to get a degree in South Africa?

I think Murray will be back. If he was in county system like Byrom then I would say that we might be wasting our time

You mean like the Rhinos getting rid of Zimbabwe's only world class Test seamer and leader of its Test attack?

Fact that other capable bats are warming the bench in the absence of internationals.

If Vusi and Mawoyo were not doing commentary some unfortunate Goats batsmen who performed instead would have been sitting out while an out of bounds County youngster and other poor RS "batsmen" played in Zim's only FC competition.

Our bowlers couldn't get him out. That means something. No good just knocking over Chari all the time.
