Logan Cup stats all prove that Taylor, Jarvis, Cremer, Ervine, Burl, are among the very best players in ZIM. Any squad picked without those 5 whites is a fake squad or a fake XI.

well done on the record partnership lads
Re: [Match Thread] 1st Test, Zimbabwe vs West Indies
Only 117 runs short in the end, too bad we got so little out of our middle/lower order. Williams really needs to step up or step out, as does Waller. Some runs from Chakabva would be nice also.
Neil Johnson, Alistair Campbell, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), Grant Flower, Dave Houghton, Guy Whittall, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Ray Price, Eddo Brandes

117 runs...not a very big margin for a Test match. Pitch definitely seemed to ease out a bit.

I agree with you. I look forward to all the Test victories(or 4 day FC match wins) that lie ahead.Kriterion_BD wrote: ↑Tue Oct 24, 2017 3:36 pmLogan Cup stats all prove that Taylor, Jarvis, Cremer, Ervine, Burl, are among the very best players in ZIM. Then again, you're Bangladeshi and they've just been playing Tests in SA so understandable. Big can get very very very big indeed.

That last partnership was entertaining as hell!
117 run loss in the end, that final cameo made it look better than it was perhaps - but it wasn't the disaster it could have been when we were all out for 159.
Highlights: Cremer, Mire, Masakadza, Taylor - a few positives to take away

Yes, I was kind of hoping!!!!!!!
Still, a great little cameo from the bowlers - lifted my spirits somewhat.

Just imagine if we had got out Bishoo cheaply in the 2nd innings
Would have been very interesting..
Just goes to show you shouldn't bog down and let opposition run away with the game
Still, I'm pretty optimistic about the next game
