Chatara and Shingi playing weren’t they injured ??
Vusi & Tino talking about making it back into the Test side but they sit out a first class game for commentary pay cheque ??
Bad attitude by them and that’s why they’re not in the side

I think they both might be injured.

Tino said his knee has been troubling him but he played the last game for the Goats so I’m not so sure.

I like the Mountaineers approach 5 Batsman 6 Bowlers and the still put 366 on the board. Great effort that.

Yes the mountaineers approach is what the great teams do. They just trust their guys to deliver. Combinations like 8-3 are for insecure teams.. It's clear now that they win domestic competitions because they have the strongest team by far when there are international games on. It's not even close.

Why has Nathan Waller only bowled 5 overs..? I thought he was supposed to be pushing for an all rounders spot in the ODI side?

Could be more due to non-availability of any other batsman there. They are even carrying a non-performing Sauramba on top of that.
But yes, whoever is left when the national team is away, you'll find the best fringe batsmen at Mountaineers compared to other teams and it shows. Hell, this is even in absence of Mawoyo and Sibanda.

Bottom line Tino should be playing in this game and not in the commentary box.
