Why's he not got the gloves, though?

Excellent knocks in the match by Shumba and Murray. Goes to show that we need to have the will to introduce them to the domestic top flight cricket at a young age, as it was normal with the Masakadza, Taylor, Taibu, Coventry brigade. Better than the same old Nyathis and Gupos.

Possibly because he is only here for a brief period and they don't wan to affect the full time keeper in the side? Also, there is no doubting Murray's keeping abilities, so he is basically not auditioning for that role anyway. If he was here for the full season, giving him the gloves made sense.

Watch out now, Gupo is pariah's favourite player.

The Golden Arm with a little reminder here that he is still willing and able to bowl--but I expect Cremer and Streak aren't paying attention as per usual.

Single digit scores in both innings for Byrom..
Facing run of the mill County bowlers not as easy as facing Chatara and Shingi.

Taffy Mupariwa's family has suffered a bereavement, hence he missed the latest round of games.
