After every under 19 world cup, question will again be on the future of these youth players. How many are going to stay in Zimbabwe taking the game seriously and how many are moving away ?

I reckon a handful of this generation actually will.
Schadendorf I reckon will, Roache and Shumba as well.
I hope Dollar does as he seems to be have a bit of spunk at the top of the order

Ya I like Dollar. He’s got DF, you can’t buy or coach that, much needed when you’re facing 90mph and the quickest you’ve dealt with is about 75 at school a few months prior, but I’m sure he will go to uni. He’s still got another year of school though. That WI quick at the last WC was a dose of reality for our boys. I remember Snyder copping 92 in the chest and remaining standing, it would have killed most people. They’ve got two Indian fast men to deal with on Friday, I’d be crying myself to sleep. Roache may hang around, I like him too, Shardendorf may also hang around. The perennial problem is payment and continuity of the season, they need a viable reason to stay, ZC need to realize that they have an obligation to the players, they’re not just pawns. This stop start, pay no pay makes it a non starter for anyone with an alternative.

All of what you have just said I completely agree with.
Odd how i see those guys staying over the rest..not sure why. Nothing to do with the fact that they're actually the best named players in our squad, but probably me seeing that they appear very patriotic on facebook and social media in general.
Looking forward to seeing how we do against the pacemen of India
