Zimbabweans in English club cricket

As we have many Zimbabwean in english club cricket thought it would be a good idea to set up a thread to track there progress throughout the summer.

The players to follow will be the likes of

Greg Lamb
Dion Ebrahim
Brendan Taylor
Craig Ervine
Ryan Ervine
Ryan Buterworth
Ed Rainsford

All the above have club contracts for the 2010 season as im sure do others so if anyone can find scorecards/newspapers articles please post.

I'm glad that these boys are playing cricket, it'll only improve their game a considerable amount. Though I would like to see a few more youngsters with contracts.

tinashe panyangara is playing in nottingham with west indies cavaliers they look like they have strong team with alex tudor

tinashe panyangara seems to be doing ok in nottingham premier league not great but i i think its ok,even better to see he is still playing and bowling lots of overs.

from what i saw dion ebrahim got a highest score of 80 in league and 34 is the next highest and a 50 in 20/20,its not that impressive looking at the league he is in but still some games to be played he might do better.

He's not of international quality, and having him in our set up would be more a step backwards than a step forwards
