The highest strike rate after Zhuwao's 6 off for 4 balls was 109 by Prince. That is terrible.. complacency

That's one area where I agree. Should Ervine really be in the T20 side..? Granted he's probably our best sweeper and can manoeuvre the ball nicely when he gets going, but he is certainly no power hitter.
Burl is cleadrly a talent and a half, but appears some way off being classed a go to T20 batter.
There's guys back home like Mutombodzi, Kazuza, Chephis and probably a couple of others who should have been in this squad
