Tari for Waller, Chisoro for Burl, Jarvis for Blessing. The first two definitely, if they really care.

Burl looks more of a future Ervine to me. Maybe an Ervine who can bowl like Williams if we are lucky.

The way Burl performed against Afghanistan A in 2016, he looked a player with some class, but now he seems just another average player who will play 100/200 odis like Chibabha & Chigumbura and have average stats.

Mire, Burl, Waller, Moor has been terrible. Musakanda, Mutombodzi, Zhuwao or anyone else will be nothing but that average old wine in new bottle

Why can't Zimbabwe have a Guptill too?

That was a cracking innings he played, really enjoyed that. If he plays a couple of good knocks De Kock will sweat a little. He looks older than he is, he’s only 26. Damned good player, I’ve been watching him a bit.

I agree! I'm still struggling to understand how someone like Khaya Zondo was picked ahead of him.

SA are looking a bit brittle at the moment in the one day stuff. Those front 4 Indian batsmen are something else, that’s a seriously hostile SA bowling attack and they’re making it look easy. Their quota stuff is working in some respects but they’re going to be shy a few batsmen shortly. I don’t know how they keep ignoring Albie Morkel either, it’s bloody unfair. I can’t wait for the Aussie tour, it’s going to be a belter. Steyn, Morkel, Philander, Rabada, that’s some choice the selectors are facing.
