They're in the mixer now
5% at most chance of them qualifying. They have to win ALL their games, and they might still not make it on NRR (given how weak their batting is).

if UAE lose all their games and WI win all theirs but lose to AFG, that would leave:

WI - 8
AFG - 6
UAE - 0

ZIM/IRE - one of those teams will win, IRE/SCO - one of those two teams will win.

Yeah there is no way AFG can qualify directly - even if they win all 3 games - unless there are some washouts or in in the absence of washouts, by a very specific set of results and then they still have to use NRR as a tiebreaker.

Very happy to see Afghans knocked out. They deserve that as they were too overconfident. Moreover they got the test status too early. Zimbabwe should not depend on associates for qualifying WC and I m sure they will easily beat the teams in super6. @Eugene, you are most welcome to Incredible India!
I will have to visit both you and Crimson should I ever make it to India!
Would be great to meetup for sure! Welcome :)

Looks like Afghanistan will indeed be packing their bags...for England 2019.

They are really making a meal of this chase.

Think the pitch has something to do with it. Both the sides have struggled today.

So Afg didn't have to play on a glistening road in the Super6s, how peculiar.

Yes. And the WI and Afg were the teams the ICC would have preferred for 2019 at the beginning of the CWCQ too. How coincidental.
