I was sent this just now. I don’t know if this is part of the existing constitution or a proposed one. If it’s the existing one virtually none of those people are eligible to be on the Board and who would be on the Nomination Court?

Not surprising at all, always suspected Bvute still had a lot of influence behind the scenes. These sort of grubby underhanded management has his fingerprints all over them

The nomination court is normally a respected law firm and they work according to the constitution.....however your papers are sent to ZC first and there they can either lose your papers or take out a certain document that makes you unqualified.
Googly do you have that constitution on a word document? I'd really like a copy if you do.

This is the part we need to make transparent next year. Got a bad feeling that if they hire new people and the players actually pitch up and play then they wont be removed. We have to be prepared for that
