Based on LC records only, I’ll add a few more names. Most on the list seem to have got an ODI cap but not test representation. Again, stated without prejudice to talent or politics.
Greg Strydom- over 2000 runs at 44.
Richard Sims 1100 runs at 40 plus useful spin.
Taurai Muzarabani over 150 wickets.
Gary Martin- averaged mid 30s with the bat in LC & UCB. Useful medium pace as well. Seemed to be thereabouts in the early nineties but couldn’t quite crack it. Missed the 93/94 tour to Pakistan to Bruk-Jackson & Briant.
I just want to mention the 99/00 season where The administration almost got the season right. The season started with home & away tests with SA. Then a tri series with England & SA. A full tour by SL. The LC expanded to 5 teams including Manicaland, Midlands & CFX Academy as well as Mashonaland & Matebeleland. The LC was played over consecutive weekends in March & April. But it coincided with the tour to WI, so the top players didn’t play. Then the A team went to Sri Lanka. It helped develop Ray Price, Vermeulen & Wishart. All batsmen struggled but the latter two notched a century each.
A player of note on this tour was Daniel Peacock. Andy Whittall & Paul Strang were at the end of their careers so Zim has Brian Murphy, a leggie, Price, a leftie, then Peacock, an offie. But before the rebellion a few years later, he disappeared. Why? This is where John Ward was invaluable in filling in the gaps of reporting.
Earlier mentioned was Leon Soma. He had useful stats but didn’t even get an ‘A’ game. But disappeared after 05/06 while still in his early twenties. Andre Soma Is a stats marvel. 25 LC innings for 549 runs at 22 but one innings of 204! A stats quiz question if ever there was one!
Neetan Chouhan is another stats wonder. Nothing much in LC but went to SA & got one innings of 248 for Northerns (Northern Transvaal) & promptly disappeared while in his early twenties.
Hope this was useful.
Do you just mean missing test caps? Cause some of these have ODI caps

So Trevor Penney for both test and ODI caps, and may be Bright Mugochi and Kevin Kasuza for ODI caps when they were at their best. I'm not really sold on anyone else because they did not play long enough to make a case, or have pretty underwhelming domestic records if they have played.

Yeah, we obviously missed Penney in the 90s and haven't missed giving anyone a chance since.
