I think what happened really took a toll on him. Hopefully he comes around because I honestly feel the upcoming games could be his ticket to more success if his goal is to make the big t20 leagues. For all of them. Im even thinking of Mire with an Aussie passport. He comes and plays a few stunning knocks and he could get a gig. Its a tough compromise to deal with this board but its not like we going to play Afghanistan. These are 2 big teams.

The only people that should be playing for this ZC circus are clowns.
Clearly Raza is not a clown. :W:

I spoke to Sikandar at a match a couple of weeks ago. He said, "Hello, are you hanging in there?" I replied, "Yes, are YOU hanging in there?" He said, "No, I am not hanging in there." When I asked him to be more specific, he told me he was off to the UK very soon but wouldn't say more than that.

Raza is playing for a club over in UK and I see PJ landed yesterday as well. I think he’s got a couple of MCC games lined up. If you’re an MCC member you have a certain number of game commitments to retain your membership and I’m sure he’s wanting to keep the free booze and complimentary tickets at Lords going, but I’m sure he’ll be back if he’s picked for this tri series.
It’s not going to be pretty, the only upside will be a fresh round of abuse towards the ZC tsotsis.
The transport manager, Media folk, DJ and the other usual culprits will be quivering in anticipation of the hundreds of thousands coming their way, pity they have to share it behind the buildings with their bosses.

It is very sad to see Zimbabwe cricket in absolute disarray. Sad that ICC cannot do anything about it either.

For cricket's sake I hope things improve and Zimbabwe Cricket survives. This is probably the toughest time ever for cricket in Zimbabwe.

I think he deserves a short break
He should be named captain for T20
While BT is captain for one- day internationals& test
We have to reward some of these players to keep them interested...
Let's see if the new coach doesn't convince Raza to stay..

Very sad. Hope you folks would somehow pull through and hope there is some light at the end of the tunnel...
