Definately Campbell.

Utseya & Chigumbura should be in the list of worst captains Zimbabwe ever had.

Alistair Campbell - my old man always said Campbell was a really tough bloke, especially during the England series of 97'. That he stuck up for his players and had great man management skills when it came to getting the best out of them. Not sure why he didn't score more test centuries.

Moved himself in the middle order might be the reason

Campbell and Streak for me

BT performed very well with the bat as captain, but his tactics in the field weren't the best.

I actually liked Cremer's captaincy as well, he wasn't afraid to try things, although they didn't always come off he had a crack.

Before my time and before the Test era, so the sample size as captain on the international stage is small, but Duncan Fletcher must have been a bloody good captain as well.

This is what Houghton had to say about him:
In terms of the most knowledgeable person I've ever stood next to on a cricket field, Duncan Fletcher wins by miles. He basically coached us while he played the game. And he was a much better cricketer than his stats show.
