What's the best we can realistically hope for? A half century by someone?

This should be the Playing XI
T Kamunhukamwe
S Mire
R Murray (wkb.)
H Masakaza ( c.)
C Ervine
B Taylor
S Williams
B Mavuta
W Masakadza
K Jarvis
T Chatara
Simply does'nt see, Zimbabwe pacers troubling proteas, whereas there is huge chance in troubling proteas with the spin, as pitches there are now helping spinners that made them loose Series against India.
B Mavuta & W Masakadza both should feature the Playing XI

I think Kimberly is a flat track (they are all flat, but I think this was the only ground where BD managed to crack 200 last year). So Taylor, Ervine, Williams could potentially get big scores here.

Hopefully Chats, Jarv and Wellington can go at 5 or less. Then it’s gonna be cringe watching Tiripano or Ngarava getting massacred. Mavuta will get abused too, he’s too all over the show. I would play him over Ngarava though. It’s painful but
1. Mire
2.Hami
3 Ervine
4 Taylor
5 Williams
6 Murray
7. Chigumbura
8. Tiripano
9. Masakadza
10. Jarvis
11. Chatara

Zimbabwe should be inspired by the recent good showings of Afghanistan, Scotland and should realistically aim for at least 2 wins on the tour of the 6 games.
RSA are without Hasim, Faf, De Kock, and Miller... Zimbabwe's batting looks better and is more experienced. Bowling wise RSA are miles ahead... I'm expecting Zimbabwe to win at least 1 ODI of the 3. I will be very dissapointed if that doesn't happen.
Two of my favorite teams Zim and Rsa... Good luck to both

One has to seriously question their sanity leaving Tari out of any format. He’s the one new guy that has real potential with the bat.

When did Chigumbura- last bowl in ODI's
I think 2 over from Hami are a must , he should lead by example
Third Seamer is going to be key, Tiripano might just win because he can also bat but I still feel Magarira should have been picked ..
Mire started his career as true all-rounder now he just bat , why is not being used as a bowler too is he carrying an injury

Yeah, do they want to limit his exposure to slaughter?
