Burl has fallen out with the Eagles, going to play for the Tuskers apparantly.
Well thatโ€™s probably a good thing considering the Tuskers are a bit thin on talent.

Doesnโ€™t get much credit but well done Zimfan1 always has the inside word ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Anyone heard the rumour about Mad Mark attempting a comeback?

I saw on twitter apparently his ban has been lifted lol

The one thing about that guy is he loves the game you canโ€™t question that.

But I think in todayโ€™s climate you canโ€™t say things like he did and comeback

Good to see Ervine playing and making a ton but honestly Bobby batting at No.7 is a Gee up surely ? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Yeah, well done to the centurions.

And yes, Mpofu that high is probably the worst statement that can be made about cricket in Zimbabwe.

Good to see Ervine playing, although I wonder if he would be lining up if he was coming off a big tour of Bangladesh
To be fair, Ervine, Hamiton and Mpofu are some of the national team players who have always turned out for their domestic teams whenever they are not on national duty. It is only of late that I have seen Hamilton miss a couple of matches. But Ervine has been very regular too.

He could have actually come out at 6 in this Tuskers line up - ahead of Handirisi. But yes, jokes aside, looks like he has really worked on his batting seriously. I would love to see a few good knocks from him this season. Who knows, he could turn into a better version of Tiripano (more fire with both bat and ball) by the end of the season?

I am told Nathan has retired, disillusioned with the way ZC is run.
Thanks for the update! Definitely not the first to do so, and won't be the last. It looked like he was finally getting o understand his strengths and weaknesses, but another unfulfilled story.

Hopefully this is the start of Ervine's comeback!

Interesting to note that Mumba has only bowled 5 overs hope there and no issues on his fitness. He is one player we need back in the fold considering our stocks.

Good to see Nyauchi putting some good work in. What has become of Musoko.

My boys Carl Mumba and Neville Madziva doing the damage with 5 wickets between them, hopefully itโ€™s the start of a big season for both

Mutombodzi cleans up the tail to finish with 3 wickets. Being captain i wonder why he isnt bowling himself more.
