Starting tomorrow. I'm guessing we'll see Zhawi in the shorter format?

Need to see some runs in this format from PJ Moor, I think we’re all impressed with his improvements under Rajput, but with a List A career average of 18 he needs to start putting up in this format.

Vusi bowling a lot from the first two games, I wonder if he feels bowling some overs might get him back into the national side?

I think it may have been around 2008 that Roy Kaia burst on to the scene as an 18 year old in the Harare Premier League with multiple 100s opening the batting and just teeing off.
Has never got anywhere near fulfilling that potential.

The Mountaineers OD line up is shocking. Basically the same 11 that played the Logan Cup match. Lot of longer format specialists there. Did they travel to Kwe Kwe only with 11 or 12 people? Where is Maruma when you need him?
Yeah, good to see Cremer back.
Yeah, good to see Cremer back.

I think that is a bit hard. Some really exciting players with potential in Tsiga and Mashingwe who would be seen as potential national team players in the shorter formats,CrimsonAvenger wrote: ↑Sat Dec 08, 2018 9:12 amThe Mountaineers OD line up is shocking. I agree that Mutizwa and Innocent Kaia should probably be longer format players only at the moment.

Yeah, I meant the overall composition had too many guys not known for shorter formats. Agree with you - Tsiga and Mashinge must be the ones in the XI and Mutizwa and Innocent Kaia can focus on the longer format. Not sure if Kamunhukamwe is around. He would have been the perfect replacement for Innocent Kaia and Maruma / Hamilton would obviously come in for Mutizwa.zimfan1 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 08, 2018 9:17 amI think that is a bit hard. A Full season across formats at Mountaineers for Tsiga is very exciting indeed.

Kaia needs to go here and put up something big.
