Eagles v Rhinos: http://www.espncricinfo.com/series/8838 ... ip-2018-19

Tuskers v Mountaineers: ???

As zimfan1 says in the other thread, the second game is postponed - any updates on why can also go here, and may be if and when that game is played, we can come back to this thread to discuss the match :)

Great to see Keith Jaure, Kamunhukamwe and Jongwe in the Playing XI

3 Useless are still there Zhuwao, Chigumbura & Chibhabha and will continue to block the youths unless UK Domestic Season begins, where they will run way for club cricket.

Tari still captain. Another duck for him. Still opening as well. There must be a plan for him. I guess maybe he also realised the opening spot is the most available spot . It will be interesting to see if Burl also bats uptop

Does anyone have some info on Jaure? First time I've seen his name, but he seems to be keeping it tight up front.

I saw him the other day, a real handful when he bends his back, bowls some cracking deliveries.

Tuskers v Mountaineers has been moved to Sunday, the Logan Cup match starting on the Tuesday.

Good to see a decent mix in the Eagles team, got rid of lots of rubbish and replaced them with up and coming youngster, Matsikenyeris influence?

Burl will play for the Tuskers as far as I know.

Looks like the Eagles will win this. One of the strongest matches on paper in the last couple of years.

How did the Rhinos managed to lose with that lineup?

It is startling that Sibanda is bowling so much and Waller has barely turned his arm over...

Could well be. He would probably be pushing for his wards whenever possible. Would have been a good choice for the U19 coach?

Elton with the match winning performance. The Rhinos had 10 guys who could hold a bat. Surprised they lost. Good to see a competitive game. Well at least on paper
