Terrible performance, Hamilton needs to be sacked as captain. Moor did such a good job without Taylor in the UAE series, Hamilton is just not suited for the job.

Jarvis is a very good red ball bowler but not so much with the white ball. However given the scarce resources Zimbabwe have atm, Jarvis can stay in the side.

Hopefully they will Pick themselves up in the T20s

Got to admit Netherlands isnt that part time cricket side anymore. Many of their players feature in county, domestic cricket in Australia & New Zealand and have gain enough experience.

Netherlands are on the way of 3rd test playing nations from Europe.

NL 1) Hasnt played since Feb
2) not even ranked on the icc website.

Which ever way you look at it This is unacceptable from Zimbabwe. Swept UAE recently that are ranked above NL, even taking conditions into account we to sweep teams like this no excuses.

There simply isn't a medium to long term plan from the management. Do we want to make the next WC( forget T20 WC at this rate)? Who are the players to do it? As long as there is no leadership, structure and plan it looks very bleak

It's a disappointing loss for sure, but Netherlands, like some other associates are on the way up, and indeed catching up. Remember, they will be featuring in the new 13 team ODI league from next year which includes the big boys. They qualified for this by coming above Scotland, UAE , Nepal and others.

It should have sunk in by now (if it hasn't already) that there really isn't much to choose from between the lower full members (Afg, Ire, Zim) and the top associates (Sco, Neth).

Zimbabwe have declined while others are impoving rapidly. A lot of these smaller teams have pro-active, well run boards, and looking more broadly, stable economies. Things that Zimbabwe have'nt had for some time.

Afghanistan is a war torn country that receives half the budget Zimbabwe gets from icc and plays outside their country yet you dont hear them complain. Sri Lanka has its own serious issues but they put their heads down.

If Bangladesh loses to Zimbabwe there is an uproar, heads must roll. Sri Lanka sacked their captain for losing to us 2 years ago. How far hace we fallen to chalk up being swept by NL as "associates are on the rise". This is embarrassing.

There is only so far we can keep defending the players and use the "board" or "economy" card. They need to just play for themselves and the pride of Zimbabwe.

This!!!

A minister just bought a Lamborghini and paraded it in town in front of the destitute and got away with it.

There is enough money in Zimbabwe, it is just not used correctly.
