Yeah thats good for him, I agree totally with guys who seek greener pastures to further their careers and for their own personal achievements eg peiterson, Morgan, Grandhomme and Beast!!! As much as playing for your country is all good, sometimes its so difficult and in beasts case not viable. Go for it.

When he left in 2005 things were worse than when the player rebellion occurred, and lets be honest, the selectors were predominantly picking black cricketers over white cricketers. He's gone to New Zealand and has done very well, and I applaud him for that.
What we now need to do is make sure this doesn't occur again with our current crop of youngsters.

The way i see it is you are right and so is zimfanatic.

you are REALLY right in saying its up to the zim admin to learn from their mistakes.

grandhomme was a gun from an early age and they didnt even try to entice him or people of his colour. it was a really dumb period.

the scary part is although things have changed alot they are all still there.
