This game was actually closer than it looked, that 7 ball period where every ball went for 6 ended up being the difference, why can’t Zimbabwe seamers bowler good Yorkers ??? Does Hondo do anything ???

Captaincy was poor again, Hamilton has zero idea how to rotate his bowlers in T20 cricket, lucky for Williams’ tight spell otherwise things might have been even worse.

Batting wise they just needed one guy to go on & make a score, that was the difference in the end, Zadran road his luck and made 60 where all the Zim guys got a start & got out.

Regis proved me wrong, great little innings, I didn’t realise he had that hitting power. Also what a fitting farewell for Hamilton another run-out with BT 😂😂😂

I've brought this up before. Our bowlers just seem to run in and bowl. No variation, no thought process, no working in tandem. No switching up ends. Just run and bowl.

There are coaches at school level here in Aus doing more than those at international level in Zim.

They never bowl Yorkers, Chatara & Madziva just keep bowling the same deliveries it really is mind blowing how Hondo keeps his job whilst other coaches get moved on.

Chatara has been amongst the best T20 seamers of the lower sides. Clearly Hondo is doing a better or comparable job to Lancs' coaches.

Zimbabwe's problem is not picking specialist bowlers like Chisoro, Wellington Masakadza and Jongwe to complement Chatara. But that's because hacks Raza and Moor who average 14 and 17 had to be included as allrounders and keeperbat.

I guarantee you the day Zimbabwe picks specialist batsmen and bowlers is the day they will start doing well again. Not these fake allrounders.

They’ll never pick a decent side with Walter & Utseya there

Just to amuse myself I’ll have a nibble, who are the ‘proper batsman’ not being selected?

encore: "Our selections are terrible"
everyone: "we have terrible selectors"
envor: "no we don't, but the selections are terrible"

It’s like the same people that say Mukhuhlani has done a good job trying to repair the game, but also say Chingoka did a good job taking the game to the masses 😂😂😂
