The costs of hosting these matches would be much cheaper than hosting even a T20 international series

Many of those guys are not Takashinga players so you know it’s not Takashinga paying for it. Its guaranteed to be ZC, but they’ve given Takashinga the money to host.
ZC supposedly don’t have any money from ICC yet so when Mukhulani was claiming he’d paid for something or other out of his own pocket we can now take that statement with a bag of salt
