Zimbabwe in 2020, will play mainly Odis thats of ICC Odi League and handfull of T20Is, getting Test Cricket for Zimbabwe at present looks blink as most of the test nations are featuring in ICC Test Championship, and there is hardly any windows for them to get a fixture for Test against good opposition.
Ireland recently decided to move slowly as per Test Cricket is concerned, board has declared that the team will be involved more in shorter formats, keeping an eye on T20 Qualifiers and Odi League.
ZC should have started the season with T20s & One Dayers then four day games, as there fixtures confirms only shorter format games, it will be surprising to see four day performers getting picked in shorter formats then the deserved ones. ZC already declared problems in hosting Test Cricket, they should have been serious in arranging shorter formats first as some serious international games are waiting for Zimbabwe
Why four Day Cricket at the start of the season where there is only shorter format international fixtures for Zimbabwe ?
