The problem with Tiripano, Tshuma & Nyauchi was after two good spells they all tired & went to shit, their pace dropped & so did their accuracy.
As for pace prospects going forward it sounds like Kuda Macheka has some pace, he’s my random Zim cricketer I’m going to stalk & hopefully follow his rise to the national side, much like I did for Madziva & Mumba

Williams, the two pacers. Who’s the fourth?Kriterion_BD wrote: ↑Tue Feb 25, 2020 11:43 pmThis pitch was pretty dead though. For pacers. Wasn’t a whole of spin either. And it actually got flatter after day 1. Ended up being a good toss to lose. That being said it wasn’t a 265 wicket. 450-500 was probably par.
This was a third string Zimbabwe side. 4 first XI players were missing. Imagine what Australia would look like without Cummins, Starc, Smith and Paine.
Burl? Not quite sure he counts.

Moor.
If you stretch it to include Cremer and Burl, you've got 6 "first eleveners" missing.

Worth a shot , can’t be worse than the current crop . Still can’t believe justice is our odi captain like it’s actually a nightmare that isn’t a nightmare ... it’s just really really disturbing.
The Zimbabwe Cricket team have found Ebola in one of their members, but they're not concerned because they have also found Ebatsmen and Efielda!

Luke Jongwe had bad luck, he was someone evolving as an allrounder bowling at 140+ kph in flat tracks of UAE against Afghans back in 2014 and playing quickfire knocks at lower order. Makhaya Ntini's negetive view was harsh on Jongwe finished his game at his prime time.
He is performing now and should have included in shorter formats against Bangladesh

He never bowled close to that speed, more like 130-132, maxBlack Mamba wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2020 4:59 amLuke Jongwe had bad luck, he was someone evolving as an allrounder bowling at 140+ kph in flat tracks of UAE against Afghans back in 2014 and playing quickfire knocks at lower order. You may check some recorded videos. He was frequently hitting 140+ or close to 140 in flat UAE tracks, also had a match winning 5 for in his name in one of the game.He is muscular build in, should have been differant now, if not dropped for non cricketing reasons.sloandog wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2020 10:10 amHe never bowled close to that speed, more like 130-132, maxBlack Mamba wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2020 4:59 amLuke Jongwe had bad luck, he was someone evolving as an allrounder bowling at 140+ kph in flat tracks of UAE against Afghans back in 2014 and playing quickfire knocks at lower order. Tiripano is one dimmensional slow pacer, doesnt have any kind of venom to trouble batsman at international level. He has failed to make worth of his domestic stats both with bat & ball. I would rather bring back Neville Madziva who has got quality both with bat & ball can be precious in shorter formats.
