A chance for Keegan Meth i guess, this boy must be a bit frustrated for not getting game time, Chatara should be in we just need to improve our seam bowling.

Be good to see what Chatara Can do against some of new Zealands best. It will be a good indication on how far he has come along

I reckon Forster Mtizwa is a sure bet to play in this match, so is Tendai Chatara -- the selectors will be keen to get a look at him. The latter will probably replace Prince Msvaure, who was a disappointment in the first match with both bat and ball.

The squad therefore should look something like this:

1. Tino Mawoyo -- He does seem to have thirst for that New Zealand attack
2. Steve Marillier -- One of these days he will get a big one
3. Forster Mtizwa -- The selectors are delaying his entry into the big stage
4. Vusi Sibanda -- Really should be preparing himself to open in international cricket rather than cushion himself in the comfortable middle order
5. Malcolm Waller -- Seems to have the ability to stabilize things in the middle
6. Regis Chakabva -- Electric
7. Keegan Meth -- Is due his chance
8. Tinashe Panyangara -- Is a proven new ball bowler, but does he have the pace to sustain in test cricket?
9. Tendai Chatara -- We need to see him bowl
10. Njabulo Ncube -- Had good figures first game. Keeps his place in the team. Hopefully more to come from him
11. Natsai Mushangwe -- A future star!

12th Man: Tymcen Maruma -- Don’t know why he isn’t getting more wickets

Hopefully the selectors give everybody a fair chance, but assuming Maruma plays again I reckon Keegan Meth (or Chatara) will have to wait a little bit longer

If Vusi does not step up to the plate he will go the Stuart Matsikenyeri has gone . He does not even feature in Zim A squads .

If Tino Mawoyo maintains consistency then I will see him opening

That should be it, but as you say, I don't see Meth getting into the XI ahead of Maruma.

Keegan Meth should be selected ahed of Maruma. We already have enough spinners who can bat a bit. Meth actually offers us a pace option.

The team badly needs at least 3 proper seamers this time.
