Wesley Madhevere, has showed Zimbabwe Under 19s has got skills, all that they need is proper backing.

After Chigumbura, we hope Maruma, Mpofu,John Nyumbu, Zhuwao,Forster Mutizwa retires as early as possible and doesnt prove barrier for those performing youngstars, these players job should be now to work as coach. Chigumbura could be a good mentor for power hitters.

Lets change begin from Madhevere

Mutizwa hasn’t played for the national team since 2012 and retired two seasons ago

Mutizwa has been an umpire for the last two years.
Like Jaybro said, dont mouth off unless you do even the smallest amount of research. It undermines your point

20 off 15 would be okay.

70 off 80 would be a disaster because it would justify captaincy for life.

Madhevere's averaging high 30s - and he hasn't played a single game at home.
All of his runs have come in Bangladesh or Pakistan. It's remarkable - there's so much upside, it's a damn shame it's so long between matches.
