Matabeleland Tuskers v Mountaineers
Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo, 3-6 December 2010

I have a sneaky suspicion that this match may end up in Mutare if the work on their outfield has been completed - the Mountaineers "home" fixture in September was played in Bulawayo. Mountaineers won that match by 5 wickets, but their form has slumped dramatically since then (the hammering they handed to Southern Rocks last week being the exception) so Tuskers will fancy their chances...

The outfield at Mutare Sports Club is not yet ready although I can say it is looking lush with the recent rains that have fallen .It will however be ready in January .

According to cricinfo, the match is delayed due to technical problems...

Day Two close: Tuskers 255/7 (103 overs; Horton 121, Maruma 3/17), Mountaineers yet to bat.

There was no play on day one due to a wet outfield.

The match is drawn

Terrence Duffin scored a steady 39. Another player I'm looking for, Tinashe Panyangara was wicketless.

Disappointed that the match didn't go on. Mark Vermeulen was not out for 14. I think, he missed out a hundred ;)
