I am always surprised to see how many people on this forum think Chamu Chibhabha is the saviour of Zimbabwean cricket. I don't believe his international form has been all that impressive.
In the last 3 years he has played 22 ODIs.
He has scored 349 runs at an average of 15.86.
His strike rate is 64.62 which is actually higher than his career strike rate of just 58.74.
In the last 3 years he has scored 2 fifties and no hundreds - his highest score being 58 against Sri Lanka in Harare which is perhaps his only winning contribution (i.e. a match Zimbabwe has one) over the last 3 years against test playing nations.
