An interesting quotes from Geoff Boycott on captaincy
Leadership changes shouldn't hurt Sri Lanka - http://www.espncricinfo.com/ci/content/ ... ?genre=21;
- A Tiring and mentally consuming Job
- Mentally exhausted looking after others
- Trying to do your own job at the same time
- Moderate or average players find it easier to captain BECAUSE they dont spend much time batting and they dont spend a lot of time bowling!
- They have more time to spend mental energy on thinking about things for ten other people
- But if you are a major Bowler/ Batmens it really is tiring mentally
So is it okay for E to remain moderate and focussing on captaincy?

Chigumbura is a pretty special player for us when he is on form, remember what he did to Australia and pakistan in the 20/20 warm up's before he took up the captaincy. Also had a good visit to the west indies where he hit a 50 and took wickets

So I guess Chigumbura has been devoting 100 percent of his time to the captaincy either standing in the field or relaxing in the pavilion after a quickfire 0. The captain needs to lead by example and so far Chigumbura hasn't - also he hasn't revealed himself to be a tactical genius by any means.
