Nick Compton
Nick Compton
I remember reading a while ago that Nick wanted to play for Zimbabwe, but have not heard much since. I am seeking info on what he's current situation is. Has anyone heard anything? Is he eligible? If so, when? Thanks.
Re: Nick Compton
Rumours were there
He's never come out and said it
He has said he's enjoyed his stay.
I've tried to research this topic and from what I gather reading between the lines is that he's not committing but has expressed an interest in the possibility.
Kinda like when you pass through a nice neighbourhood and u mention "this would be a nice place to live and settle down". I think nick was pondering out loud to his teammates and the zimbo media caught wind and blew it up- notorious rumor mongerers from way back- and as recent as the Sean Williams fiasco!
An outside chance, but a real chance

Re: Nick Compton
He would be a valuable addition to our brittle batting lineup.
