I had forgotten about Mpariwa , if someone like Hamilton Masakadza or Vusi SIbanda can tell him that if he can work hard in the Franchise system and get wickets he can knock on the door of the team .

the crop of seamers we must work with are
1.C.Mpofu-the head of the attack
2.D.Vitori-maybe the next superstar to early to call yet
3.K.Jarvis-got the world at his feet ,pace,control,swing,handsome and son of a legend also streak and campbell think this boy poos gold
4.K.Meth-boring ,slow but extremely effective swings and puts it in areas all day long plus bit of firepower with the bat
5.T.Chatara-young roar talent , good bounce and bowls a decent out swinger has lots of work to do but will be one for the future
6.I.Nicolson-probaly the fastest out of the group lacks control and patience something streak can work with but the talents there and will be part of zim ODI /T20 cricket soon not sure bout test cricket
7.S.Masakadza-quick but inaccurate should be persisted with by the coaching staff he could be a handy bak up seamer/allrounder for test cricket dont think he cuts it at odi level.

over all these are the crop of quicks that we need and must develope them the best we can theres such talent here and will only get better.

Ian Nicholson can consistantly beat Jarvis, Vitori and even Chitara for pace, but like you said, he's a bit irratic at the moment. Would love to see him take a load of wickets this season
