Yeah, the new rule which forces the powerplay to be taken by the 36th over I think will stop that a bit. Players will be less inclined to throw the bat at anything so early in the innings I reckon.

When Chigumbura got out, Taylor should probably have tried to bat through to the end rather than attack. But I guess he felt that the score was just too low - which in fairness it is.

5 wickets in the last 10 minutes . We seriously need Grant Flower to work with the middle order which has become our archiless heal in recent times . If they do not rectify we surely should get guys who can hold their nerve and guide the team through whatever phase

The people of Bulawayo clearly love their local boy. What a cheer for Chris when got off the mark, and even if he gets bat on ball. :)

+200 would have made the total physiologically defendable

Terrible innings (aside from Taylor's 100), all went very wrong, after initial positive start, Hami, Taibu, Mutizwa all misfired, Chigs was uncharacteristic and the moment he tries to turn it on he perishes, Taylor's departure was ill timed horrible innings altogether...Can the bowlers defend this? Improbable, lets see...

Remove BT's contribution and the total would be 93! Poor stuff.

I think we should open with Price and Jarvis, and both guys need to make sure they cut out the poor balls.
The total is just simply not good enough. If Jarvis can run in and bowl fast, i think we have a chance, and if Price and Utsea restrict and take some wickets we're right in there...
