I just received word from one of my doggs that vusi sibanda (zim opener) has signed with eastern suburbs in the sydney grade competition,
Thats all well and good except the Logan cup runs concurrent to the grade cricket season.
I don't know how to interpret this but it's legit

Hammer Blow if that is true
Against bangladesh and pakistan he was our most consistent performer, Actually im sure that this must just mean that he misses the Logan cup matches but you never know

Put it this way,
If my info isn't correct I will never post on zcf again.
However what I am unsure of is what this means for his career.
He may only play a few games in syd,he may play out of Sydney and not kwekwe. He maybe on strike, those are my Qs.
My crew can't guarantee what the implications are.

He's been playing Sydney club cricket for ages now, hasn't he? He'll probably just play a few matches between the home series against New Zealand and the tour over there. It's good for me, I can make the trip down to sydney and watch him play.

Yeah, there's even been Australian newspaper articles about it in the past. I don't think the news is too shocking and as you say it will probably happen, conveniently, between the two tours.

He's played shires cricket before with Travis friend and a few of my boys
Shires is a reasonably high level of park cricket separate to the normal structure.
And totoro yes I'm going to go down to support him and take pictures and put them all over my wall in the "sibanda room"
thatused to be my basement.
I already have one wall covered with pics of him from cricinfo that I photo shopped my face onto. I just got to follow him home and see where he drinks etc
