Close, but not there yet...eugene wrote:One of Bhuvneshwar's claims to fame is that his first international wicket in all three modes was claimed by bowling the opposition batsmen. Does this have anything to do with the question. I know who the SL player is in the second image.

Re: Zimbabwe Cricket Photo Quiz
Is it twice striking in your first over in international cricket (including once striking with your first delivery)?
Cremer did it twice (in ODIs and with his first delivery in a T20I), likewise B Kumar in ODIs (first delivery) and T20Is.
Eranga did it in all three formats (with his first delivery in Test cricket).

Yes, basically getting a wicket in your first over, on debut, in international formats. Shaminda Eranga is the only one to do it in all 3 formats, Cremer and Bhuvaneshwar Kumar in two of the three, and the other 3 shown (Stephen Peall, Henry Olonga and Everton Matambanadzo) are three of the many in world cricket to have achieved it in one format out of the 3.

540.This man is not the most popular cricketer to come out of his household, despite having a T20 strike rate of 250! Who is he?

Re: Zimbabwe Cricket Photo Quiz
That's correct! So you decoded the trick part of that question. Ashby has played 2 balls, and has scored 5 runs in T20s. 5* in fact, so, a strike rate of 250, and no average at all!
Obviously, the other formats showed that he was probably not as talented as Richie.
