Well, unfortunately, none of the answers so far are correct. Probably it was difficult to identify from the photo, but any more clue would have made it very easy.

But the point is, my dad, who has watched a lot of matches involving Zimbabwe on TV, thanks to my fanatic support, could identify him as soon as zoomed in. So I thought it would be very straightforward.
