Shaminda Eranga is the only one to do it in all 3 formats, Cremer and Bhuvaneshwar Kumar in two of the three, and the other 3 shown (Stephen Peall, Henry Olonga and Everton Matambanadzo) are three of the many in world cricket to have achieved it in one format out of the 3.
