Some bad weather forecast so it'll be an achievement if we get any results this week.

Rhinos Vs Eagles is at Kwekwe
Mountaineers Vs Rocks at OH: STREAM: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B1u8wqD ... bweCricket

Looks like an Aussie Asian all-rounder? Cant find much on him. Would be nice if ZC and the franchises actually gave out some information occasionally. Are there marketing people that actually get paid to do nothing ever?

If he has no Zim connection that means Rhinos are playing 3 overseas guys. The rule is (or at least was) 2 per side so thats interesting.

I'll keep digging. The perception that anyone we haven't seen before should play and is potentially better is harsh on the local lads.

It looks like he may have played for MCC young players in UK. Means he's a decent cricketer, but not sure how he's ended up here. Steve Kirby is an ex coach, so maybe the current coach got hold of him and got him a gig here?

It's a fine line between encouraging guys with a zim connection, getting established players who raise the standard and young guys with no connection trying to get some cheap runs and wickets for their stats. Anyway it's interesting to see new faces.

I'll be very surprised if there's much cricket played. It may well be that the wickets are so shit that we do end up getting a result or two.
No disrespect to the groundsmen, maybe they have kept the decks dry and will be quick with the covers, but daily heavy rain is forecast for the next week.

Eagles 64/5 with Naqvi on a 3fer.
Would indicate the pitch is more than tricky.

Early prediction- Eagles looking at their first loss. Hard to come back from that.
