Surely somebody should be fired? Someone is responsible for the fuck up and they should seek sheltered employment elsewhere. There's about 700 government departments to choose from.
Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. That could offend a whole host of people

I've just driven past there now. The cranes are there and there isn't a single light up. That indicates its not M&M Electrical Supplies not having a qualified electrician, it means something hasn't arrived on time.

I still think 200 ZC employees up each pole with some cheap torches is a better option.

Or everything is here and now they can't figure out how to get the lights angling down correctly because they hadn't thought of that.
There will be 27 dudes with Raybans and clown shoes all shouting at one poor cunt with a hacksaw and a MIG welder and a protractor which he's holding upside down.

Don't forget there's a better than average chance of someone falling off tower or the crane dropping the whole fekkin shithouse thing. Then there will be 3 towers.
This is far from over.

Lest we forget, nobody has been able to erect a streetlight here in 40 years. Its a big ask if rhey had a year to do it and instructions on the IKEA box in English and not Chinese

I see day 2 with 2 towers operational and them trying to figure out how to pick the 3 blackened twisted electricians off tower 3 and 4 because someone with pointy shoes threw the switch whilst they were still screwing down the positive terminal.

An option would be to criss cross some ropes from Tower to tower so they meet in the middle and then hang some floursecent tubes off them.
Just brainstorming.
