There's a big difference from pulling Little with a new ball and a medium pacer, bud
I'm not downing Clive, I'm just saying the new ball from a quick is a different game

Madande is class, doesn’t seem to be rushed by the faster Irish bowlers either. Needed to bat at 3 or 4 today. It would be nice to see him play with freedom and with more overs ahead of him.

He will struggle, trust me.
They will try it, so we will get to see.

These Irish guys are smart, bowling way outside off to Burl.

Number 5/6 for me. Let him grow in the middle order. Up for the other guys to improve at the top.

Googly is right.

Props to Clive though. He's shown more than the other youngsters in recent times. He'll be a good player for us for a long time I reckon. Longer formats especially.

I really like Adair for Ireland, the kind of cricketer we really need. Decent bowler, can hit a long ball and loves a scrap. Perhaps Evans can do something similar.

He is batting where he should be , no need to move him

I doubt that umpire understood one word of Adair's rant

Well he's more of an anchor than a finisher. In our current dysfunctional team, he's needed to anchor at 6  So it suits him well!

But if our top order was performing, then he'd be wasted at 6. 6/7 in a good T20 side and you need to be a real big hitter finisher, which he isn't really. He's probably a 4 in a good T20 side, ideally.
