I make that 4 days out of the last two fixtures lost to a wet outfield at Takashinga whilst OH has only lost 1.5.

The Takashinga fiasco is making a complete farce of the Logan Cup. Eagles saved from defeat last match, get a better drained ground and thrashing Rocks in this one. Rhinos denied victory over Eagles last match and denied any play at all so far at that marine ground this time. There should be an alternative venue during the rains until or unless they can fix up Takashinga with acceptable drainage.

Marine ground indeed!

There's no reason they can't be playing at HSC this week anyway. There's no home international cricket in the calendar for months. Even before you consider drainage or weather, why aren't they utilising the best pitches and facilities in the country?

Well it rained hard last night and its dark and overcast this morning with lots of thunder around. Outfield will be sodden. Did Takashinga take OH's groundsheet? Why is the OH one now old and small?

Why is the Rhinos Mountaineers game being played in Harare anyway? I thought it was an ICC requirement for 40 people to travel to strange places that have been completely fucked up to play cricket in front of 10 drunk people?

That opening partnership yesterday was the second highest in Logan Cup history. Only just behind Ferreira & Sims for Manicaland in 2002.

That would have been a nice record to have, had they known they might have dinked off those last 20 odd runs. You won't get that chance again any time soon.
